Von Drais Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging.
Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired, or refunded following evaluation by the Von Drais customer service team.
Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from VonDrais.com. If you have purchased your item from one of Von Drais’ retail partners please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.
If you are unhappy with your product please feel free to return it for an exchange within 30 days of ordering. As long as the item is “as new”* Von Drais will accept it and replace your purchase with a product of your choice, refunding any difference in price or taking additional payment. Please follow the “How to Make a Return” information below.
*”As new” condition for Von Drais items is new and not used.
How To Make a Return:
1. Please enclose a copy of your order number.
2. Repackage your item whenever possible in the original packaging.
3. Please mail the package to:

4. Whenever possible, returns are processed within seven business days.
5. If you have any questions about your return once it has been mailed, send them via email to email@example.com. Please include your name, the date the item was mailed, and the item’s tracking number.
Von Drais does not accept returns on custom products unless there is a manufacturing fault.
